Sheila Hicks (b. 1934) will open a solo exhibition at SFMOMA in August 2025, which will include a new site-specific installation. Several of her major works are also featured in an exhibition organized by the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich, currently on view at the Herrenchiemsee Palace.
A landmark solo exhibition of Kenjiro Okazaki (b. 1955), 而今而後 Time Unfolding Here, opened in April at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (MOT), offering a large-scale, in-depth survey of his practice, as he is celebrated as one of Japan’s leading contemporary artists.
Julije Knifer (1924 – 2004) and Mangelos (1921–1987) are featured in the semi-permanent display at MoMA, New York, dedicated to the vibrant mid-20th-century Zagreb art scene. Knifer’s works are also included in I Walk the Line, a group exhibition currently on view at Le Consortium, Dijon, France.
During Art Basel this year, Chloé Delarue (b. 1986) will present her work as a finalist of the Swiss Art Awards. Her work is also featured in Mille et une vies, a group exhibition currently taking place at Villa Datris, Paris.
